Shipping Policy:
1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Bludip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages: Bludip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside of. We are actively working to expand our international shipping options.
